The deadline for registration has passed (May 19, 2008).

Before registering, please read the following explanation.

  1. The first section asks for your contact information, any guests you are bringing and events you will be attending that are included in the registration fee, but we need to know attendance to plan for you better!
    For example:
    Are you able to attend the opening reception Tuesday evening (no charge)?
    Is this your first ABLE Conference? If so, do you plan to attend the ABLE breakfast for newcomers Wednesday (no charge)?
  2. In the next section you will select the MAJOR WORKSHOPS you want to attend in order of preference. For each of Wednesday and Thursday (June 4-5), you will be able to attend two workshops one in the morning and the other in the afternoon each day. Choose 3 workshops for each day indicating your preference (1 is most preferred). Workshops will be assigned in order of the date of the online registration (Conference payment must be received by Tuesday, May 27). 
  3. FEES amounts, deadlines, and cancellation policies
    All amounts are listed in Canadian dollars; American currency accepted at par.

Conference payment must be received by Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Regrettably, we cannot accept credit card payment.

Cancellation policy:

  • Full refund minus $25, if registration is cancelled by April 30th.
  • 50% refund May 1 – May 23rd.  No refund is possible after May 23rd.

Residence/Dormitory accommodation (single rooms in a 4-room suite with 2 bathrooms & kitchenette) $44 (including taxes) per night

  • Indicate the dates you will need accommodation between  Monday, June 2 – Saturday, June 7, 2008):
  • Please specify your gender (names are deceiving!)
  • Indicate if you want to be assigned to a suite, or you may name suitemates

On campus parking during Conference is $5 per day whether you are in the oncampus residence or hotel or commuting to the conference. Specify the days you need parking.
