The closing banquet on Friday, June 28, 2013, will be held at the Calgary Zoo. The Calgary Zoo maintains the second largest collection of animals in Canada and promotes many conservation and education activities in the community. The banquet will be held in the recently opened Enmax Conservatory, which houses banquet facilities for over two hundred people and overlooks the “Garden of Life,” a garden specializing in the relationship between plants and people, and the “Garden Gallery,” a more formal garden housing butterflies and more seasonal displays. During the evening, zookeepers will be presenting educational displays and “touch tables.”
Transportation will be provided for everyone attending the banquet.
