You have the option of purchasing a dining plan for breakfast, and lunches will be provided. Housing accommodations will have kitchens provided if you wish to buy some of your own food, and there are numerous restaurant options on and around campus.
On campus housing
Suite-style housing accommodations will be available on campus at Student Village (StuVi) in West Campus. StuVi, opened in 2000, has beautiful skyline views of the city and is conveniently located right next to the fitness center. StuVi is approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the science building, but close to the T (Pleasant Street stop on the B Green line train). There is also a campus shuttle bus. The schedule and route (Student Village 2 and Blandford Street stops) can be found here. Off-hour arrivals to the dorms can be accommodated.
To use our state-of-the-art Fitness and Recreation Center (FitRec), visit the front desk of the facility to sign up with your key badge from the residence hall. Daily rates are $12 or $30 for the week. Bring a lock to store your belongings in day lockers while you enjoy our weight training and cardiovascular area, court sports (basketball, volleyball, racquetball or squash), or aquatics (lap swim or lazy river). Ask the front desk staff for additional details.
Off campus housing
There is a hotel block at the Holiday Inn- Brookline (1200 Beacon St., Brookline, MA). The hotel is offering a discounted rate of $209 from Sunday, June 21st-Sunday June 28th. The hotel is approximately a 20-minute walk from most of the conference locations. Parking at the hotel is also available for $32/night. Rooms offered will be either one king bed, one queen bed, or two double beds and can be chosen upon calling the hotel or booking using their website. Rooms will be offered at a first come, first serve basis until filled, so we encourage you to book early!
