By Air
You can fly into either George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) or Hobby (HOU). From there, you will need to either rent a car or take a shuttle or taxicab. The addresses for the shuttle or cab to Cougar Village Residence Hall or the campus Hilton Hotel are:

By Car
From the North (George Bush Intercontinental Airport):
- Take I-45 headed south.
- Exit State Route 5S (44B) and merge onto TX-5 SPUR S.
- Turn right onto University Drive into the University of Houston campus (Entrance 1). The Hilton Hotel will be on your left. Park in the underground garage. The entrance is to the left of the building.
- If going to Cougar Village Residence Hall, turn left onto Calhoun Road. Turn right into the visitor parking entrance of the Welcome Center Garage (it will be on your right).
From the South:
- Take I-45 headed north
- Exit Elgin-Lockwood Cullen (44A)
- Go under the overpass, turn left at stoplight onto TX-5 Spur S
- Turn right onto University Drive into the University of Houston campus (Entrance 1). The Hilton Hotel will be on your left. Park in the underground garage. The entrance is to the left of the building.
- If going to Cougar Village Residence Hall, turn left onto Calhoun Road. Turn right into the visitor parking entrance of the Welcome Center Garage (it will be on your right).
Parking / Campus
If you are staying on campus, parking can be purchased through the Hilton Hotel for their garage when you make your reservation or you can purchase parking for the residence hall, for $12.00 for the week, when you register for conference housing.
If you just need daily parking, you may park in visitor parking in the Stadium Garage on Holman Street (first level), the Welcome Center Garage (third and fourth levels) and the East Garage (first level). The Stadium Garage is directly across the street from the Science Teaching Laboratories Building and will be the closest garage to ABLE workshops. Hourly rates are charged in all the garages. Passes for surface lots may be purchased at the Information booth as you enter campus on University Drive or at the booth in front of the Alumni Center on Cullen Boulevard (to your right before you cross Holman Street). Metered parking is also available throughout campus.
