On-Campus Housing

Private Single or Twin Dorm Each room is lockable with one single bed or two single beds (twin), wardrobe, desk, shared washrooms, and a common shared lounge near each floor. Price is per room (not per person).	$58/single $69/twin
Regular Single/Double Apartment Each residence apartment has one single or double bed, private bathroom, seating area, and small kitchenette. Guests are required to bring their own kitchen supplies	$127
Regular Cluster Unit (you have to find your own roommates) Cluster units feature four bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen (no microwave). Each bedroom is lockable and features a single bed, wardrobe and desk. Guests must provide their own kitchen supplies unless a Deluxe unit is booked (additional nightly fee applies). Each unit is booked by the unit (not per person).	$260
Deluxe/Premium Cluster Unit (you have to find your own roommates) Cluster units feature four bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen (no microwave). Each bedroom is lockable and features a single bed, wardrobe and desk. Basic kitchen supplies are provided. Each unit is booked by the unit (not per person). TV’s are not provided unless you book a Premium unit.	$286/deluxe $295/premium

On-going construction projects, maintenance and renovations will be taking place in and around the student housing neighbourhoods from May to August, 2022. Please be aware that construction work will be active 7 days a week throughout the 2022 conference season, bringing some unavoidable disruption, noise and dust. There will be no compensation or discounts provided due to disruption and/or relocation.

Off-Campus Housing

A block of rooms has been reserved for this conference at each hotel (~15-20 rooms per hotel). The preferred rates are being offered on a first come, first served basis and once our reserved block of rooms have been booked, the hotel cannot guarantee the preferred rate (though it sounds like some of them may extend the offer if availability allows). June is a very busy month in Victoria for tourism so we encourage you to book your room early if you plan to attend the conference.

All hotels are located in downtown Victoria. Travel between downtown and UVic is straight forward by car (~15 mins), bicycle or bus (~35 mins). There are many bus routes that run directly from downtown to UVic (e.g., routes 4, 14, 15).
