On-campus housing
Conference attendees have the option to stay on campus at Pembina Hall Residence, located just a 6-minute walk from Chancellor’s Circle, where all on-campus ABLE events will take place. The residence offers single-occupancy rooms with a private washroom and shower, furnished with a single bed, desk, storage drawers, and closet. All rooms are air-conditioned, and linens are provided. Each floor features a shared lounge with a microwave, small bar fridge, soft seating, and a TV.
Conference Rates: $83 CAD per night plus taxes. No up-front payment is required. Guests can pay by debit, MasterCard, or Visa when they check in. Cash is not accepted.

Check-in is available on Monday, June 23rd, with check-out on Saturday, June 28th. Additional nights can be booked at the same rate per night, subject to availability.
Parking is not included in the room fee. If parking is required, guests can ask when checking in and housing staff will provide a QR code that guests can use to arrange parking.
Dining options are available at an additional cost at the Fresh Food Company dining hall, located beneath Pembina Hall Residence.
Check in is at the residence office in the lobby of Arthur Mauro Residence at 120 Dafoe Rd. Pembina Hall is a short 2 minute walk across the street.
Off-campus housing
We have reserved 15–20 rooms at select hotels in Winnipeg. Conference rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the reserved rooms are booked, the conference rate will no longer be guaranteed.
