Reproduced below is the finanacial statement for the Association as presented to the members at the business meeting on June 21 during the ABLE 2001 conference at the Universiyt of Chicago. The Association remains in good financial health, and I am please to report that accounting matters with the Unviersity of Chicago relating to this past summer's conference have been successfully completed. My thanks to Lora Evans of the Biological Sciences Collegiate Division of the the University of Chicago for her most valuable and timely assistance. In other news, Robert Hodson has graciously agreed to act as Assistant Treasurer.
