Duties of Secretary |

According to ABLE Bylaws: The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of members of the
Board of Directors, as well as the annual meeting, be the custodian
of all corporate records, give all notices as required by law or by
the By-Laws, and generally perform all duties incident to the office
of Secretary of the Corporation, as well as perform any other duties
as may be required by law, by the Articles of Incorporation, by these
By-Laws, or which maybe assigned by the Board of Directors.
