Did you ever run for class president in high school and college and didn't get elected because you were too smart? Now is your chance at glory!  We are looking for a new member-at-large to serve on the board. This is a great way to learn how ABLE works.   Although it is a 4-year position, for the first two years, you just attend the board meeting at the beginning of the annual ABLE conference and assist the other members-at-large.  In your third year, you are in charge of nominations for board positions.  In your final year, you become chair of the ABLE scholarships committee.

Ann Lumsden from Florida State University is completing her term. If you want to sit in Ann's seat at next year's board meeting, please let me know.  If you know someone else from ABLE who you think would be a great member-at-large, please let me know.
