Notes and remarks:
- The drawn down in the cash balance at midyear reflects payment
of the two largest financial obligations for the year, publication
of Volume 25 Proceedings ($5,510) and honoraria for ABLE 26 major
workshop presenters ($5,100). On the credit side, as of the submission
date for this report payment had yet not been received from Bowling
Green State University for the amount due ABLE from this past summer’s
Conference. An accounting report submitted by conference services
at BGSU indicates an expected credit of $8,496.30, which includes
the membership dues paid by Conference attendees. The final amount
may be adjusted slightly once all of the Conference invoices have
been verified.
- Our fiscal year ends on May 31. Please submit bills for expenditures
this year to the Treasurer by May 24.
