Mini Workshop
Friday June 9

You need a teaching philosophy, so write one!
It is important to articulate your teaching philosophy. You may need
one if you are looking for a job, angling for a promotion, or applying for
an award. More importantly, it expresses the guiding principles that
help you make thoughtful decisions as you plan your teaching. Still,
the idea of writing a teaching philosophy may fill you with dread. This
workshop will present some essential components of the teaching philosophy,
provide time for you to jot down ideas, and show examples to help you get started.
